League of Lemmings is closed.
The guild was very successful for its stated purpose. It was a fun and friendly place to play WoW and we did many raids that were beyond expectations. We downed Magtheridon before any nerfs and made our way into Black Temple, getting Teron to 1% the night before the guild died. We had also had a crack at Vashj and taken her to 20%.
The best thing about the guild though, was the sense of family and the way in which each member of the guild felt they belonged to a cohesive group of friends who all enjoyed playing WoW together.

Teron Gorefiend Terrified by League of Lemmings

Bringing this raiding week to a close, League of Lemmings did really well in their third foray into Black Temple, downing three bosses and terrifying Teran down to 1%. If it hadn't been for respawns, we may even have taken the raid over time to make another attempt.
Next raiding week we are going to get Vashj. Reread the strats, guys, and get your tainted core macros at the ready!! Vashj is going down, baby!

Last night the Lemmings revisited old haunts and had a nostalgic look at Magtheridon. In an evening filled with "do you remember...?" comments about the fact that once Mags was actually HARD, we filled our pockets with loot in Hellfire Peninsula before heading off to TK to wipe out VR and HAS.
Oh, and we killed Doom Lord Kazzak on the way out. Because he was there, you know?

FLK kinda wimped out on us.

There we were, all wound up for a night of tries and hard work and wipes on FLK and we killed him on the first night when we thought we were only just learning the fight. Sorta kinda like, Huh? He's dead already?
